Council has a total of 72 flats situated in Bulls, Marton, Ratana and Taihape. Current rental is $80.20 per week for over 65s and $100.00 per week for those aged 40 to 64. These are small one bedroom flats ideally suited for single people. We rarely have tenants under the age of 40 or couples.
